This notice explains how CareTech Compass handles information submitted through the JulesCare founding-pilot registration form and ordinary website communications.
Information we collect
The registration form asks for professional contact details, organization information, your provider or vendor role, and a high-level description of your interest. It does not ask for resident information or personal health information.
Why we use it
We use registration details to review potential fit for the JulesCare founding pilot, plan onboarding, respond to inquiries and communicate about pilot participation. We do not use this form for clinical intake, resident referral, care planning or emergency communication.
How form delivery works
When email delivery is configured, the website sends the registration to julescare@caretechcompass.org through a contracted email-delivery service. Information may therefore exist in that service and in the recipient mailbox. This site does not maintain a separate registration database.
Access, retention and protection
Access should be limited to people supporting JulesCare pilot planning. CareTech Compass will apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and should retain registration information only as long as it is needed for pilot planning, communications and applicable recordkeeping. Email and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising cookies, session replay or third-party analytics. The hosting provider may process basic request and security information required to operate and protect the site.
Your choices
You may ask to update or withdraw your registration, or ask a question about how your information is handled, by emailing julescare@caretechcompass.org. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the founding pilot and its information practices develop. The date at the top will show the current version.
